PRIVACY RECORD / TRANSMISSION 01

The signal stays
yours.

SolarSpin asks for enough context to understand the work and reply properly. Not enough to turn a conversation into surveillance. This record explains what the Gravity Table carries, what helps protect it and when the enquiry is cleared.

WHK.NA / PRIVACY BOUNDARY No data sale.

01 / PURPOSE

Ask with a reason.

Every Gravity Table field helps SolarSpin understand the pressure, the people carrying it, what already exists and how to return the signal.

02 / BOUNDARY

Keep the packet small.

There are no file uploads in this first release. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details, patient data or confidential credentials.

03 / CLEARING

Do not keep it forever.

The private intake record automatically clears from SolarSpin’s signal vault after 120 days. You may ask for it to be removed sooner.

01 / WHAT ENTERS THE TABLE

The enquiry packet.

When you transmit a Gravity Table enquiry, SolarSpin may receive:

  • the challenge path you choose, such as an operation, product idea, live system or digital identity;
  • your description of the weight, the people carrying it, the pressure, desired change and what already exists;
  • optional public reference links and up to three project signals carried from the public atlas;
  • your name, email address, optional organisation, optional phone or WhatsApp number, location context and preferred reply route; and
  • basic transmission context such as submission time, page path, referral source, browser language and a reference number used to prevent duplicate packets.

While you work through the Gravity Table, a draft of the fields you enter may be kept in sessionStorage inside that browser tab. This keeps the form from losing your work if you move between steps. The draft is not sent to SolarSpin until you choose to transmit it, and it is cleared after a successful submission or when the browser session removes that tab’s session data.

Do not place secrets on the table. The Gravity Table is for a first project brief, not passwords, access tokens, financial information, medical information, identity documents or somebody else’s private data.

02 / WHY THE SIGNAL MOVES

A useful first response.

SolarSpin uses the packet to understand whether the problem is a fit, prepare a useful reply, continue a conversation you asked to begin, protect the intake system from abuse and improve the clarity of the experience.

The information is not sold, rented, used to build an advertising profile or placed into an unrelated mailing list. A Gravity Table submission is an enquiry, not a subscription.

03 / WHO CARRIES THE SIGNAL

The transmission path.

  • Cloudflare Pages and Workers serve the website and process the submission at the edge.
  • Cloudflare’s private data layer stores the structured enquiry record. The current signal vault uses Cloudflare KV with an automatic 120-day expiry.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a transmission appears human and helps block automated abuse. The check is verified on the server.
  • Resend delivers the internal mission dossier and, when delivery succeeds, the branded receipt sent to the email address you provided.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate website-performance and visit information without SolarSpin setting analytics cookies or building cross-site advertising profiles.

These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms while providing infrastructure to SolarSpin. They are not authorised by SolarSpin to use an enquiry for their own advertising.

04 / WHEN THE SIGNAL CLEARS

A 120-day structured-vault boundary.

The structured Gravity Table intake record and its duplicate-protection record automatically expire from the private signal vault after 120 days. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters clear much sooner, and you may ask SolarSpin to remove an enquiry sooner where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.

The internal mission dossier and visitor receipt are also transmitted as email. Those mailbox copies do not inherit the signal vault’s automatic expiry. They are kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry, assess or manage resulting work, preserve necessary business correspondence or meet a legal obligation. You may ask for an unqualified enquiry’s mailbox copy to be deleted sooner.

If an enquiry becomes active client work, necessary details may also exist in the later project record or in the email conversation you chose to continue. Those records follow their own business and legal retention needs. Aggregate analytics that does not identify an enquiry follows the infrastructure provider’s own retention settings.

05 / YOUR CHOICES

You control the return route.

You can choose email, WhatsApp or a call as the preferred response route. Phone details are optional unless you ask for a phone or WhatsApp reply. You can also leave the Gravity Table and use the visible email fallback instead.

You may ask SolarSpin to confirm whether an enquiry is held, correct it, provide a useful copy, stop using it for the enquiry, or delete it where there is no overriding reason to keep it. Contact [email protected] and include the signal reference if you have one.

06 / THE HARD BOUNDARY

Designed to reduce exposure.

The intake uses same-origin server handling, field limits, validation, duplicate protection, rate limiting and server-verified Turnstile checks. Secrets for storage and email delivery stay on the server, not in the public page.

No internet transmission or storage system can promise absolute security. If a credible incident affects an enquiry, SolarSpin will investigate, contain the issue and communicate where the risk reasonably requires it.

The public project atlas only carries cleared project evidence. Private source, credentials, client records and protected operational detail do not belong in that public layer.
